Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of trade marketing activities to drive brand presence across B2B and B2C channels.

• Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to shape campaign direction and retail strategies.

• Implement merchandising and visibility programs to enhance product exposure and in[1]store execution.

• Track campaign performance, sales outcomes, and budget utilization, adjusting strategies where necessary.

• Coordinate content and promotional planning to align with target audiences and business objectives.

 

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of trade marketing or brand activation experience, preferably in FMCG or tobacco.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities across B2B and B2C settings.

• Proven experience in field execution, visual merchandising, and campaign planning.
