New business development (60%)
- Define the potential opportunities & approach customer for needs confirmation
- Identify customer’s issues and consult/ suggest the suitable solution
- Prepare technical solution and proposal to customer
- Negotiate with customers to get contract and supervise the contract progressing
Manage FDI exiting customers (30%)
- Regular visit Korean existing customers
- Build good relationships with customers
- Discover additional/new demand and find solution to meet additional demand or enquiry of existing customers
- Coordinate related stake holders to handle issues/ customer complaints (quality, commercial issues, deliveries....)
- Manage, negotiate and renew contract at its expiration.
- Survey industrial areas, EOM network and make good relationship with Management Boards of Industrial Zone, EOM.
- Join activities of associates to expand relationship & contacts
