Vietnam Total Remuneration Survey 2015 by Mercer and Talentnet Corporation 

On 06th & 08th October 2015, Mercer, the leading global provider of human resource services and its associate in Vietnam, Talentnet, will publish the results of Vietnam Total Remuneration Survey 2015 at the GEM Center - Ho Chi Minh and InterContinental Hanoi Westlake. The seminars will provide essential data about salary increase rates, common allowances, bonuses, typical benefits by industry and level, as well as other information such as employee turnover rates, the most difficult jobs to attract and retain in 2015.

With 520 MNCs, local organizations and remuneration data of 209,448 employees, this remuneration survey is considered the largest and the most comprehensive remuneration survey in Vietnam. 

This is the sixteenth consecutive year that Mercer has conducted its remuneration survey in Vietnam.
