Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Specialist

We are looking for a candidate for Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Specialist, located in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.
Job Purposes:
- Responsible for attracting the most suitable talent and enhancing our employer brand presence across multiple channels
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in modernizing TA practices, leveraging technology, building a strong employer brand, and fostering close relationships with talent.
Job Description:
a. Strategic Planning:
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify talent trends and gaps.
b. TA Process Transformation:
- Implement the talent acquisition process by integrating digital tools and platforms to streamline and enhance the efficiency of recruitment.
- Manage and use data-driven recruitment to improve the quality and speed of hires.
- Manage the overall hiring experience through improved TA processes, ensuring a smooth and engaging journey for candidates and hiring manager from application to onboarding.
c. Employer Branding:
- Implement our EVP to ensure it resonates with potential candidates and reflects our company culture and values.
- Manage the company's presence on various social media platforms and job boards.
- Collaborate with Marketing to produce compelling content that showcases the company's culture, mission, and career opportunities.
- Act as a brand ambassador to promote our company and its values to potential candidates.
d. Stakeholder Management:
- Partner with department heads, hiring management to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic TA solutions to improve competitive advantage through the increase presence of talents from TA.
- Ensure a seamless recruitment process that provides a positive candidate experience.
- Build a good connection with external stakeholders to achieve the common objective.
e. Talent partners:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing talent.
- Ensure timely support and gather insights from talent to enhance their experience and retention.
- Act as a trusted advisor to candidates throughout the recruitment process at TLN.
f. Others:
- Manage TA Reports as assigned by TA & EB Supervisor and submit them as per the timeline.
- Do other job assignments as requested by the Line Manager and the Company to contribute to the success of the HR Department and Talentnet.
- Positively contributes to building up the Department and Company’s teamwork, core values, and culture.
Who are we looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years in the Talent acquisition and Employer Branding or similar job with successful proven records.

The potential candidates can prove their experience in digitizing TA processes, understanding of employer branding, be proficiency with recruitment software and platforms, is good at communication and interpersonal skills, have a data-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities, have the ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively, strong building relationships between internal and external stakeholders and fluent in Vietnamese and English.
