We are looking for a candidate for Marketing Data Supervisor located in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.
Role Objectives:
The Marketing Data Supervisor plays a crucial role in designing workflows and communicating marketing & business insights through deep-dive analytics and market intelligence integration. This role focuses on data analysis, visualization, marketing performance tracking, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate is structured yet agile, enjoys experimenting with different approaches, and has technical proficiency with data tools, and experience with marketing data.
Job Descriptions:
a. Data Ownership & Workflow Design

Integrate and enhance the current marketing data ecosystem by synthesizing data from multiple sources including performance metrics, website analytics, CRM, and external research.

Evaluate data patterns, form hypotheses, and identify trends and opportunities to improve user experience and generate actionable insights.

Design and optimize data workflows between systems by understanding how platforms communicate, identifying data flow opportunities, and proactively initiating smart, efficient connections across marketing technologies.

Propose and define tracking requirements across marketing touchpoints to deepen understanding of user behaviors.
b. Insight Generation & Visualization

Own and maintain key marketing dashboards, serving as the bridge between the marketing team and other internal stakeholders to deliver relevant and actionable visual reports.

Monitor data quality and performance across marketing channels to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability for decision-making.

Experiment with different analytical methods and reporting approaches to continually improve the depth and clarity of marketing insights.

Stay proactive in identifying new marketing trends, digital tools, and opportunities to optimize data usage and marketing performance.
c. Market Intelligence

Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and clients’ business activities behaviors to inform marketing strategies.

Produce periodic reports and insights to support decision-making and improve marketing effectiveness.
d. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution

Work closely with marketing agencies, internal departments, and procurement teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.

Coordinate with business units, marketing, and customer experience teams to facilitate data-driven discussions and align marketing strategies.
Who are we looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of working experience in same position or similar job with successful proven records in uplift capabilities of workforce.
- Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI).
- Hands-on with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media dashboards).
- The ideal candidate possesses a Growth mindset, demonstrating a proactive approach to learning and improvement.
