Business Development Assoicate Director

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Base in HCMC and travel frequently.
• Land and project sourcing from local business partners.
• Property acquisition from private 3rd parties.
• To Manage land grants/bank and projects acquisition processes.
• To seek out new real estate business development opportunities for multiple sites develops.
• To coordinates and implements marketing plans designed to identify and capture new business opportunities that will maximize the utilization and revenue from land & assets.
• To establishes and implements an integrated strategic planning process for business development.

REQUIREMENTS:

• More than 8-year working experiences in business development for land sourcing and project acquisition.
• Strong local network and channels.
• Outgoing, self-motivated, and excellent people skills.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English (must).
• Strong sense and understanding on government approval process.
• Strong government network.

Preferred:

• Experiences in industrial development and logistic real estate industries.
• Experiences in major real estate developers or real estate agencies (i.e. CBRE, CFLD, Colliers, Mapletree, BWID, Sembcorp etc.).
• Strong understanding for logistic real estate business, economics, and underwriting.
