IT Service Associate Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Setup IT infrastructure for the company and new office (in H1 2022)
• Take lead and work with MKT team/ project team to build corporate website internally & externally
• Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks for the company
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
• Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
• Support the roll-out of new applications
• Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
• Test and evaluate new technology
• Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems and more than 3 years of experience working as an IT Support/ Digital.
• Having experience working as Digital/IT in the pharmaceutical industry is preferable 
• Strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points/journey
• A good memory of how software and operating systems work and willing to explain to other colleagues in need
• Excellent listening and questioning skills, interact confidently with colleagues, customers to establish what the problem is and explain the solution
