Human Resources Director

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide overall leadership and guidance by overseeing talent acquisition, employee career development, succession planning, retention programs, training and leadership development
• Function as a strategic, human capital business advisor to the senior management team
• Develop initiatives, policies and programs to complement existing practices and create consistency across the organization
• Oversee benefit and compensation plans to ensure cost efficiencies and attractiveness to retain top talent

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: BA in human resources, business administration or relevant field
• 10+ years of proven experience in HR
• Experience working in a complex / matrix organization in large scale company
• Strong business partnering skill and capability to drive organization effectiveness
• Business acumen to develop HR approach to support business growth
• Track record of leading planning process with excellent organizational and collaboration skills
• Strong of data analysis and reporting
• Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices
• Good command in English
• Professional, careful, integrity and honesty.
