Maintenance Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensuring the efficiency of Mechanical and Electromechanical equipments of the plant through their correct installation, calibration, scheduled maintenance and repairs in order to guarantee a 24/7 functioning
• Create and coordinate the execution of the general maintenance plan
• Efficient control of spare parts inventories according to maintenance plan
• Test and check (equipment, components and parts) to analyze the results and identify the root cause of issues, failures and defects
• Create, manage and regularly update documentation of failures of the machines, maintenance information, performance tests.
• Coordinate the maintenance team (if any), and assure its development and training both in terms of proficiency and problem solving approach
• Lead or Be active part in company project that consider investment of new machine and equipment as well as infrastructure changes.
• Oversee the work of contractors according to the requirements/policy given.
• Negotiate and Develop new/spare parts suppliers
