  • Develop strategic plans for account identification, penetration and growth
  • Initiate sales approach and develop sales volume/ KPI to regional markets
  • Using in depth BPO industry trends and the company service offerings, develop and execute go-to market strategies that secure net new business for the organization
  • Prepare proposal and arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Preparing contract, negotiating the contract conditions and closing contracts
  • Develop solutions that meet the clients needs and are aligned with the company's core competencies
  • Partner with operations to ensure alignment on service capabilities
  • Respond in a timely manner to inbound calls, email inquiries and web leads
  • Develop, maintain and update an accurate prospect pipeline
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Work with Marketing team to develop specific campaigns within target markets
  • Perform other duties as assigned


  • Excellent reading and writing skills in English and Chinese;
  • At least 3 years of proven sales/business development experience in the BPO sector;
  • Good computer skills (familiar with MS Office & Google applications);
  • Strong active listening skills;
  • Excellent oral, written and presentation skills;
  • Ability to influence and persuade to achieve desired outcomes;
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills;
  • Excellent organizational, planning, prioritization and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to creatively research companies and prospects to develop effective sales strategy;
  • Flexible, adaptable to new changes.
