Sales Representative (Remote)
ỨNG TUYỂN NGAYRESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop strategic plans for account identification, penetration and growth
- Initiate sales approach and develop sales volume/ KPI to regional markets
- Using in depth BPO industry trends and the company service offerings, develop and execute go-to market strategies that secure net new business for the organization
- Prepare proposal and arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Preparing contract, negotiating the contract conditions and closing contracts
- Develop solutions that meet the clients needs and are aligned with the company's core competencies
- Partner with operations to ensure alignment on service capabilities
- Respond in a timely manner to inbound calls, email inquiries and web leads
- Develop, maintain and update an accurate prospect pipeline
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Work with Marketing team to develop specific campaigns within target markets
- Perform other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent reading and writing skills in English and Chinese;
- At least 3 years of proven sales/business development experience in the BPO sector;
- Good computer skills (familiar with MS Office & Google applications);
- Strong active listening skills;
- Excellent oral, written and presentation skills;
- Ability to influence and persuade to achieve desired outcomes;
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills;
- Excellent organizational, planning, prioritization and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to creatively research companies and prospects to develop effective sales strategy;
- Flexible, adaptable to new changes.
