C&B Intern

Role Objectives:

Responsible for all admin activities, documentations related to compensation and benefits, which should be in line with the corporate purpose.

Job Description:

• Collect & input information for the monthly payroll (Incentive, OT, pay rise, other changes).
• PIT registration and finalization for employees, interns and dependents.
• Check information of compulsory insurances (UI, SI, HI - Collect, scan, check and fill employees’ documents including interns and Full-time employees.
• Receive daily letters from receptionist: classify insurance documents.
• Contact and proceed documents at governmental organizations.

Qualifications:

• Final-year university students majoring in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Foreign Trade or related fields. Expected graduation date should be after October 2025.
• MUST HAVE Student Confirmation or Letter of Internship Introduction from University
• Interested and passionate about administrative processing or seeking to develop a career in the HR field.
• Eager to learn, patient, careful and detail-oriented.
• Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality
• Ability to work full-time in 6 months
• Have planning, time management and organization skills
• Have interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office

Working time: Monday to Friday (9h00 - 18h00).
