HRBP Intern
Role Objectives:
The HRBP Intern will assist HR Business Partner in daily job duties to ensure the best HR services delivered to business leaders, line managers and employees.
Job Description:
1. Recruitment support:
- Raise recruitment requests
- Follow up with TA team in selection process, join interview with HRBP and Hiring Managers for fresher positions
- Complete and guide Hiring Manager to fulfill interview reports
2. Onboarding:
- Coordinate with other supporting functions to process onboarding for new hires
- Ensure effective onboarding program, follow up within probation
- Support other requests if any
3. Offboarding:
- Follow up and guide leaving employees with offboarding process
- Support HRBP in collecting feedbacks to get meaningful insights and give suggestion for improvement
4. HR Projects:
- Support HRBP in HR Projects in terms of logistics, design, and other administrative tasks
5. HR Queries:
- Receive employee queries via company’s communication channels, promptly answer questions and escalate to respective HRBP if needed
- Other related duties as assigned
Requirement:
- 2nd/3rd year student from university with major in HR, Business Administration, English, Economics and relevant. The expected graduation date should be after December 2025.
- Must have student confirmation/letter of internship introduction from University.
- Ability to work full-time in 6 months.
- Attention to details and be careful.
- Ability to work proactively.
- Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Have planning, time management and organization skills.
Location: STAR Building - 33 Mac Dinh Chi Street, Da Kao Ward, District 1, HCMC.
Working time: Monday to Friday (9h00 - 18h00). Can have 1 day off/week to study.
