Digital and Social Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

This role is ideal for a digital media specialist with a strong focus on campaign execution (70%) while contributing to broader marketing initiatives (30%). You'll be responsible for planning, managing, and delivering successful digital media campaigns while collaborating on integrated marketing projects alongside the Marketing Team.

Key accountabilities

Finance

  • Follow up to ensure the activities should be within the allocated branding budget.
  • Deal with agencies/ vendors/ suppliers for a reasonable fee but still ensure a win-win position.
  • Experience with budget planning and managing campaign finances.

Marketing

  • Campaign Management (both mobile app and website): From set-up and planning to managing all aspects of the campaign lifecycle, using ads platforms including SEM, social media, display advertising campaigns, affiliate marketing, programmatic, etc.
  • Stakeholders Communication: Building trust and maintaining strong relationships as the primary stakeholder contact.
  • Vendor Collaboration: Identifying and partnering with external vendors for new opportunities and solutions with optimized budget.
  • Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Strategic Implementation: Translating high-level plans into actionable tactics and driving results. Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Project Management: Contribute to the successful execution of integrated marketing projects. Suggest new digital channels that have the potential to increase new user numbers in an efficient way.
  • Content & Events: Participate in content development and event planning as needed.
  • Teamwork: Working with colleagues to solve complex issues and achieve success on broader marketing initiatives like content creation and events.
  • KPI Management: Leading initiatives to manage and forecast key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Resource Management: Prioritizing efforts and resources effectively to meet team needs.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Creating process documents and reports (both internal and external) and managing billing.
  • Additional Tasks: Completing tasks assigned by the line manager.

Process/ Function

  • Build the operational workflow with the agencies and vendors.
  • Involve the Marketing team process regarding the admin process, project management, and compliance…
  • Be an active member and role model for any internal process of the Marketing team and corporate.

Learning & Growth

  • Participate in seminars/events for updating knowledge and self-improvement.
  • Take part in events for MKT knowledge.
  • Read newspapers/ magazines to achieve news about the market.

Qualification & Person specification

Qualification

  • Graduated from University/College in marketing/ economics/ business administration (except in cases approved by the line manager).

Experience

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital media execution, preferably within a media agency or extensive experience in managing in-house digital performance marketing at B2B/ Tech companies.
  • Highly proficient in using digital ads platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, other Social Ads (Zalo, Tiktok).
  • Have experience in managing Ad Networks for acquisition campaigns.
  • Experiences in (1) performance marketing in other markets rather than Vietnam, (2) digital content and (3) campaigns are a plus.

Abilities/Skills

  • Technical Skills: Expertise in optimizing and setting up digital platforms.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in creating data-driven reports and extracting insights.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage projects and deliver on time.
  • Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: A good understanding of digital performance marketing and various platforms (SEM, Social, Display) & basic understanding of organic acquisition such as SEO. Being able to generate meaningful reports using tools such as GA4 would be a plus.
  • Software Proficiency: Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel).
  • English
  • Additional Skills: Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement. Budget planning and analytical skills, understanding of tracking platforms, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, problem-solving skills to address stakeholder concerns quickly, and a collaborative work style.
