Talentnet commits the customers' information provided to Talentnet when participating in the survey will be kept in sercurity by Talentnet. There will be a confidentiality clause in the contract. In case the Customer wishes to separately sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (“NDA”) with Talentnet, the parties can follow this direction. Talentnet may send its NDA Customer form or Customer can submit NDA form to Talentnet.
