As Talentnet's regulation, signing the NDA is up to the Client's request. Talentnet will sign the NDA with the customer in case the customer requires. The NDA can be decided based on Talentnet's form which will be sent to Customer for review or Customer may submit NDA form to Talentnet for further consideration.
