RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Partnership and Sponsorship Development: 40%

  • This is the primary revenue channel and requires the most effort and strategic thinking.

Advertising Strategy and Execution: 30%

  • Essential for brand visibility and direct revenue, requiring significant creative and strategic investment.

Client Account Management and Growth: 20%

  • Vital for maintaining and growing existing revenue streams and ensuring client satisfaction.

Competitive Market Analysis: 5%

  • Important for informing the other areas but less time-consuming on a day-to-day basis.

Revenue Forecasting and Performance Metrics: 5%

  • Critical for setting goals and measuring success but typically involves periodic rather than continuous effort.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degrees in business, marketing, or a related field can be beneficial.
  • From 5+ to 7+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably a strong understanding of the esports and gaming industry, including but not limited to knowledge of popular esports, trends, and key players in the market.
  • Excellent in identifying, evaluating and forecasting business opportunities, making strategic decisions, and developing plans for growth.
  • Proficiency in B2B sales and marketing strategies to promote products and services, unlimited sponsorships, advertising, and partnerships.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key industry stakeholders, potential partners, and clients and the ability to negotiate contracts, partnerships, and deals that benefit the company.
  • Strong verbal and written communication in both Vietnamese and English are crucial for presenting ideas, proposals, and reports.
  • Experience with CRM software, Microsoft Office, Google Workplaces or analysis tools
  • The ability to gather and analyze market data to make informed business decisions, especially in the gaming and e-Sport industries.
  • Managing resources of projects related to business development and ensuring executed effective outcomes.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams and related vendors to achieve business goals.
  • Knowledge of Korean, Japanese, or Chinese is a plus.
