RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute a technology strategy that supports the company’s overall mission and goals.
- Stay abreast of emerging technology trends and assess their potential impact on the business.
- Collaborate with other executives to make informed decisions about the company’s future technology needs.
Technology Development & Operations
- Oversee the development, deployment, and scaling of new technology solutions.
- Ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of systems, products, and infrastructure.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for technology initiatives, ensuring high-quality results.
Team Leadership & Culture
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing technology team.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Define and promote best practices, ensuring adherence to software development, IT operations, and cybersecurity standards.
Business & Customer Focus
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure technology addresses customer needs.
- Drive the adoption of customer-centric technologies, enhancing user experience and engagement.
- Collaborate on partnerships and vendor selections to strengthen the company’s tech ecosystem.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or similar leadership role in technology.
- Strong expertise in AI, cybersecurity, SaaS platforms.
- Excellent understanding of software development, IT infrastructure, and system architecture.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with Cyber Security, AI, Blockchain.
- Experience with agile development, DevOps, or CI/CD pipelines
- Strong business acumen and ability to communicate complex technologies to non-technical stakeholders.
