RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible and accountable for smooth day-to-day running of the operations and provide direction for key functional managers and executives in the business unit
- Develop business proposals and plans, analyze, and evaluate the impact of these initiatives on the long-term growth of the business unit
- Ensure delivery of quality client experience and journey
- Effectively implement the Group’s digital and initiatives
- Oversee key hiring and talent development programs
- Establish key performance targets and provide regular assessment for all team members
- Develop and maintain strong relationship with key stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS:
- Preferably at least 10 years’ experience in similar industry, of which, a minimum of 5 years in a senior management role in Vietnam
- Retail operations experience preferable
- Excellent communication and presentation skills are required
- Possess leadership capabilities and high levels of emotional quotient
