Country Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible and accountable for smooth day-to-day running of the operations and provide direction for key functional managers and executives in the business unit
• Develop business proposals and plans, analyze, and evaluate the impact of these initiatives on the long-term growth of the business unit
• Ensure delivery of quality client experience and journey
• Effectively implement the Group’s digital and initiatives
• Oversee key hiring and talent development programs
• Establish key performance targets and provide regular assessment for all team members
• Develop and maintain strong relationship with key stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS:

• Preferably at least 10 years’ experience in similar industry, of which, a minimum of 5 years in a senior management role in Vietnam
• Retail operations experience preferable
• Excellent communication and presentation skills are required
• Possess leadership capabilities and high levels of emotional quotient
