Country Manager

The Country Manager reports to the Regional Sales Director and plays an important role in managing all aspects of the company's operations within the country, from financial management and human resources to sales, customer service, and strategic planning.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency in supply chain and inventory management.
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Lead, mentor, and develop teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, trade regulations, and company policies.
• Analyze market trends and competitive activities to adjust strategies accordingly.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or engineering preferred.
• Experience in P/L management, budgeting, financial analysis, and strategy.
• Proven leadership in hiring, training, and team management.
