SALARY: Up to 32 Mil Gross + 2,3 Mil Allowance
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Admin & Operation tasks:
- Manage and support all admin works as assigned
- Vendor management, DDQ Payment, Purchase order request process (out of scope CE Team)
- Prepare and issue contract, create PR/PO and invoices; coordinate with GFS to post invoice, terminate or extend contract or service; payment; etc
- FIE’s operation activities such as change office, update contracts, logistic, office management, supply, and warehouse
- Meetings/medical event preparation and logistic process FCPA process (out of scope CE Team): issue sponsor/consultancy agreements; submit ACM; etc.
- Maintain and complete task lists and prepare status updates as requested by management.
Project tasks:
- Participate in assigned projects and other initiatives
- Follow up & coordinate closely with relevant stakeholders as assigned to overcome any difficulties & obstacles timely.
- Support project team in analyzing the problems as well as proactively propose solutions to drive for the best result.
- Facilitate the discussion, communication, meeting… with related persons when needed to make sure every person understands their roles & responsibilities.
- Make reports and send out to project team for progress update.
- To perform other ad-hoc tasks or projects as may be assigned from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3-4 years of demonstrated practical work experience
- Business Administrative and Analyst, experience in the Healthcare or related industry
- Previous Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical/Healthcare experience is a strong plus
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Visio)
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese
- Strong PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various IT systems. SAP, Ariba, Epay experience is preferred but not a must
