- Sales Performance Achievement: Responsible for achieving sales and payment targets for the assigned region;
- Sales Model Responsibility: Comprehensive development and management of customers in the region, exploration of sales opportunities, etc.;
- Customer Satisfaction Management: Focus on external customers' satisfaction with products, technical services, and sales services, and promote the improvement of major customer complaints;
- Team Talent Management: Construction of talent team, establishment of common values, formulation and execution of training and development plans, focus on daily work management;
- Market Trends Observation: Pay attention to regional market dynamics and internal and external environmental changes, and respond and change in a timely manner;
- Other work arranged by superiors.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with 5 years or more of relevant industry sales experience, and 2 years or more of management experience in the same position;
- Rich experience in sales to key customers, familiar with the automation market in Vietnam;
- Perfect sales skills, excellent ability to handle customer relationships;
- Strong business development ability, good ability to collect and analyze sales leads;
- Strong public PPT presentation skills, good communication and organizational skills, cooperative spirit, strong initiative;
- Strong execution ability, pursuit of results, strong sense of career and pressure resistance.
