RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generate new business leads using existing and potential customer networks
  • Collaborate and coordinate with inside sales or marketing team to get the leads (prospects) that are to be approached for business development
  • Enter leads into the system and maintain the repository
  • Qualify the lead based on the parameters established (potential company background, leadership team, company financials etc.)
  • Implementing sales strategies and analyzing market trends to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, and excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Present and demonstrate the value of products and services to prospective customers, if required collaborate with Pre-sales team for demonstration of product / services that is being offered
  • Monitor sales metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) and suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success and develop positive relationships with customers
  • Responsible for generating own leads through online research, email campaigns, and industry specific events
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation
  • Follow up with prospects, several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure customer needs are addressed effectively
  • Liaise with existing customers and maintain a healthy relationship and suggest upgrades while managing their account so as to increase the scope with existing clients
  • Maintain healthy relationships with account holders and get more leads via business relationship and word of mouth that is generated based on the quality of services that is provided to existing clients 
  • Track sales strategies and activities of key competitors and incorporate market best practices

REQUIREMENTS:

  • In-depth understanding and experience in BFSI for contacts
  • Knowledgeable about Industry and competition trends
  • Extensive Knowledge of SPANCO - sales cycle + strategic sale
  • Market trends and analysis
  • In-depth analysis of customer eco-system
  • Knowledge about Nucleus products
  • Domain/Industry knowledge
  • Effective Communication – Negotiation, Influencing Skills
  • Stakeholder & relationship Management
