Job Summary:
This is a key leadership role that is responsible for overseeing all aspects of business to ensure it operates efficiently, meets financial goals, and maintains high standards of customer satisfaction and driving corporate governance. It also requires strategic planning, leadership, and operational expertise to drive business growth and success, together with the people in the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing strategies to improve business performance and achieve company goals. Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to adapt strategies.
- Leadership: Provide leadership to departments heads and employees to ensure alignment with Company vision
- Financial Oversight: Managing budgets, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring the financial health of the business. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue growth
- Operational Efficiency: Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and monitor operational policies, procedures, and performance metrics.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality standards and addressing customer complaints.
- Reporting: Preparing regular reports for upper management on business performance and strategic initiatives.
- Compliance: Ensuring the company adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Stakeholder Relations: Maintain relationship with key stakeholders, including suppliers, and investors. Represent Company at events and networking opportunities.
- Business Growth and Innovation: Identify new business opportunities and oversee their implementation. Drive innovation to improve products, services, and customer experience. Lead expansion efforts, including new markets or product lines.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management.
- Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role, preferably 10 years+ in FMCG.
- Experience in Alcohol Beverage Business will be advantage
- Experience in Client Relationship Management
- In-depth knowledge of market analysis and metrics
- Hands on experience in creating reporting and managing budgets
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Good command of English
