RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Strategic Planning & Operational Setup:
- Conduct market and regional analyses to assist the Board of Directors in prompt decision-making.
- Establish infrastructure and partner networks (product development, logistics, legal, recruitment, marketing) to ensure timely and cost-effective operational launches.
2. Business Operations Management & Budget Control:
- Oversee revenue growth, profitability, and quality metrics.
- Develop, implement, and monitor operational plans aligned with KPIs, ensuring adherence to processes and policies.
- Foster partnerships to ensure smooth daily operations.
3. Progress Reporting:
- Prepare and submit business performance and compliance reports to corporate headquarters as required.
- Propose strategies to optimize market share and sustainable growth.
4. Employee Management:
- Communicate directives, strategies, and KPIs from the Board to the team.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to achieve business objectives.
- Lead the team effectively, providing motivation and problem-solving support.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Skills: Sales planning, market penetration strategies, problem-solving, negotiation, strategic thinking, leadership, and excellent communication in both local language and English.
- Experience: Over 6 years in team management, P&L oversight, with a background in call center/telesales management, sales, insurance, marketing, or operations.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Preferences: Experience in business setup, product sourcing, logistics, or e-commerce.
- Communication: Ability to work across countries/regions; fluency in English is essential.
