SUMMARY:
Our partner seeks an accomplished Head of Human Resources with experience in the large-scale FMCG manufacturing industry. This role involves workforce planning, performance management, overseeing the performance evaluation process and reviews, managing the talent pipeline, and improving the employee lifecycle experience to ensure alignment with business performance goals and objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Workforce planning and provide timely and competent talent pipeline and solutions according to the annual workforce plan and human resources strategy in order to support BU to meet business operations, goals and objectives.
- Manage the overall Performance Management System of the Business Unit, including managing the results of the HR Center of Excellence Service, acting as HR Representative in managing the performance of the leadership team to ensure to handover the business unit performance and HR strategy.
- Manage Performance evaluation process and performance reviews, talent pipeline for middle manager levels and key critical roles.
- Collaborate closely with the leadership team to understand and develop the organization’s current and future structure with talent needs, including talent acquisition strategies, retention, and succession planning.
- Provide expert support and guidance to the management team on complex and sensitive issues.
- Lead and improve employee life cycle experience from onboarding to off-boarding process and employee experience.
- Work cross-functionally and across Business Units (BUs) on budget and people-related agendas.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of human resource management experience in manufacturing, preferably FMCG manufacturing organizations.
- Strong experience in organizational development, including performance management systems HR strategic workforce planning, and talent strategies.
- Strong experience with project management related to organizational transformation, change management.
- At least 5-8 years in a management role, demonstrating high-level leadership presence and effective communication skills.
- Familiar working with C-suite level and experience with large-scale manufacturing organizations up to 2000 headcounts
- Strong knowledge and experience in implementing various performance management model, prefer experience with OGSM.
