RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic HR Planning and Implementation:

Recruitment Management:

  • Plan and execute recruitment campaigns to ensure the selection of high-quality candidates that meet the company's needs.
  • Develop and maintain a recruitment network, including relationships with recruitment partners, universities, and training institutions.

Training and Development:

  • Create training programs and skill development initiatives for employees.
  • Ensure training courses meet the career development needs and enhance the competencies of employees.

Performance Management and Evaluation:

  • Establish a performance evaluation system, conduct regular assessments, and develop performance improvement plans.
  • Ensure reward and benefit programs are aligned with evaluation outcomes.

Salary and Benefits Management:

  • Develop and manage a competitive and fair salary and rewards system.
  • Ensure benefit schemes and policies comply with legal regulations.

Corporate Culture Development:

  • Shape and enhance the company's culture towards professionalism, positivity, and unity.
  • Organize team-building activities and cultivate a positive work environment.

Advisory and Leadership Support:

  • Provide counsel to the executive team on HR and organizational development matters.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and implement legal risk mitigation strategies.

HR Team Management and Development:

  • Oversee and manage the HR team to ensure work efficiency.
  • Develop leadership skills in subordinate staff, fostering career progression opportunities within the organization.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Law, or related fields.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in human resources, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Labor Law and related legal regulations.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage.
