RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Issue periodic risk analysis reports on law for the Executive Board regarding updates on new legal regulations.
- Complete risk management tasks, advise and consult the Executive Board on legal risks in periodic administration.
- Organize training programs to enhance legal compliance awareness, update current legal policies and those about to come into effect.
- Develop transaction contract templates based on business plans or templates for daily business operations.
- Participate in the enforcement stage to ensure the Company's rights.
- Participate in litigation at various stages of trial at competent litigation agencies to protect the company's legal rights and interests.
- Advise/Review, assess documents/cases as requested by departments or from the Executive Board.
- Ensure risk control in business operations at the Group;
- Build a legal framework to help the company comply with legal regulations in business activities;
- Represent the company in litigation at competent authorities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position at major Real Estate Groups.
- Good communication skills, good relations with state agencies in the legal field.
- Ability to overview all departmental tasks; capable of developing related regulatory documents.
- Ability to organize, manage, and operate department activities, effectively check teamwork and individual work.
- Capable of organizing and implementing the department's activity plan.
- Strong knowledge of legal documents related to duties, deep and practical knowledge of departmental tasks.
- For the position of Legal Director/Deputy Director of Project, it is necessary to understand construction law, land law, read maps, and specialize in implementing legal procedures related to the project.
