Marketing Manager
Apply nowRESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the company’s marketing channels in line with the marketing plan in addition to the following areas:
- Manage the websites content and graphics to ensure a highly professional, on trend brand image is represented at all times.
- Host monthly customer service meetings with the customer service team to highlight key points of discontentment amongst customers and devise marketing activities and improvements to improve them.
- Manage all product listings
- Work with external contractors to create, manage and execute photo and video shoots
- Manage the company’s Affiliate Seller Network (AWIN), ensuring product feeds and discount deals are always maintained and updated according to the stock levels and needs of the business
- Maintain an ongoing marketing budget and spend compared to revenue generated for each of the marketing channels
- Work with LBPR to execute press campaigns, blogger collaboration and inter-company social competitions.
- Create three original blog posts for the website each month (6 hours p/month)
- Create two original Pinterest boards each month on the Pinterest account using both Company products and inspirational items from other sources (4 hours p/month)
- Manage content on the Company Facebook and twitter pages creating at least two engaging posts to each channel per week (4 hours p/month)
- Create and send out e-newsletters once per week (3 hours p/month)
- Post 2 pieces of engaging content to the Company Google+ account each week to bolster followers, can be a mimic of the Facebook posts (2 hours p/month)
- Post at least 4 engaging photo’s each month on the Company Instagram, ideally as a support tool for the Pinterest and blog work (2 hours)
- Monitor stock levels and ensure that marketing campaigns are in line with inbound stocks so that the company does not become overstocked on any items.
- Manage and book print advertising using the companies list of approved and registered print advertising suppliers according to the companies monthly and quarterly advertising spend budget
- Manage the relationships with the company’s third-party marketplace sellers to ensure service levels are maintained and that new products are launched to market in an optimal way.
- Manage and coordinate end consumer exhibition events e.g. Grand Designs Live.
- Create a quarterly marketing management report showing key sales and spend figures along with noteworthy developments from within the channels
REQUIREMENTS:
- Intermediate Graphic Design Skills
- Strong creative content writing skills ideally with a interiors focused passion.
- Passionate interest in furniture, styles and trends
- Computer savvy
- Experience and passion for social media/communications
- Must be a responsible and reliable individual
- Intermediate proficiency in photoshop or other graphic design software in order to adjust images and create banners/advertisement layouts
- Secondary tier education or above (degree level)
