Apply nowThe Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all administrative, legal, and investment procedures for an industrial real estate development project. This role focuses on the early stage of project development — including investment preparation, market research, licensing, and land clearance — to ensure smooth project progress in compliance with legal and governmental requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate all procedures related to investment, permits, and administrative approvals with government agencies and relevant authorities.
- Manage the overall project schedule for the investment preparation phase, including feasibility studies, licensing, and land clearance.
- Work closely with legal consultants, advisors, and external partners to ensure compliance with Vietnamese laws and investment regulations.
- Prepare and review project documentation, reports, and submissions for licensing and approval processes.
- Conduct market and policy research to support investment decision-making.
- Monitor progress and coordinate between departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of each project milestone.
- Supervise and guide a small team (around 5 members) in executing administrative and procedural tasks.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status and key issues.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Age: 30–45 years old
- At least 7 years of experience directly handling investment and legal procedures for industrial park or large-scale real estate projects.
- At least 5 years of experience at the same position
- Proven experience in managing government relations, licensing, and project documentation processes.
- Strong understanding of Vietnamese investment, land, and construction regulations.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in English or Korean is an advantage.
- Experience in construction management is not required at this stage.
