Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve sales and distribution objectives.
• Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of area sales teams and ensure outlet execution excellence.
• Strengthen relationships with distributors and key trade partners to optimize market reach.
• Analyze sales performance and market data to propose action plans and improvements.
• Oversee trade marketing execution and ensure timely feedback from the field is captured and addressed.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in FMCG, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive team performance and build strong distributor relationships.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Must possess a valid driving license and be open to frequent travel within assigned regions.
