RESPONSIBILITIES: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team and focus on business development in Vietnam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hunting new clients, generating leads, and providing innovative packaging solutions to meet client needs.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand market presence in Vietnam.
- Conduct cold calls and outreach to potential clients to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Understand client requirements and provide customized packaging solutions that align with their business goals.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients by offering exceptional customer service and support.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including design and production in regional ASIA, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of packaging solutions.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
REQUIREMENT:
- Proven experience of 5+ years in sales, with a strong focus on business development and client acquisition.
- Previous experience in the packaging industry, with a deep understanding of packaging solutions and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in English.
- Familiarity with lead generation and cold calling techniques.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, with a high degree of self-motivation and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented approach.
