Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage relationships with construction clients to promote concrete products.
• Identify new sales opportunities and follow up on leads to grow the customer base.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to stay competitive.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates on pipeline progress and forecasts.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in construction materials.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and work independently in the field.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools; knowledge of construction industry is a plus.
