Corporate Services Associate Manager

ROLE OBJECTIVES:

Corporate Services Associate Manager is responsible for providing solutions of all legal entities, not only for the first steps in Vietnam market but also during their life cycle by offering solutions in compliance with the laws, rules, practices and implementing them effectively to tackle the complexity of administrative procedures.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Finance

• Manage the team to accomplish target set for the whole team.
• Set team budget.
• Manage profit and loss for the whole team.
• Overview payment process.

Business Development and Customer Services

• Take lead with business development for the expansion of services at existing clients and coordinate with other stakeholders for attracting new clients.

Process/Function 

• Pre-licensing Regulatory/ Market entry advice.
• Investment and business licensing supports for incorporating of legal entities and Representative Offices.
• Corporate Secretarial Services for legal entities and Representative Offices.
• Management Support/Manager Services.
• Foreign Loan Registration.
• Other Corporate Compliance Advisory.
• Immigration supports for expatriate employees.

Corporate advisory

• Provide professional advice on corporate financial management.
• Provide professional advice on corporate operations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduated from University/College (preferably Law, Economics, Business Administration).
• 3-5 years’ experience in either a law firm or consulting firm with at least 2 years in management position.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Ability to work on own initiative and to meet tight deadlines.
• Computer literate and possessing excellent communication skills.
• Ability to develop innovative solutions to problems/implementing consequent changes.
• Deal with sensitive matters professionally.
