Senior Consultant - HR Outsourcing Services, Quality Control

We are looking for a candidate for HRO Senior Consultant Quality Control, located in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.

Job Purposes:

The HR Outsourcing Senior Consultant, Quality Control plays an important role in ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. This includes conducting quality control and audit assessments to monitor consultant punctuality. Additionally, the role involves periodically reviewing and overseeing key processes to maintain accuracy and adherence to compliance standards.

Job Description: 

a. Financial Goal Achievement: Contribute to BU’s financial target.

b. Outsourcing Services Delivery:

• Implement auditing of profiles, payroll and processes of BU HRO.
• Prepare/ revise templates, update ISO process for QC to reflect current situation.
• Implement corrective and preventive procedures if any non-conformities with ISO standards or compliance are detected.
• Coordinate and carry out regular internal audit tasks.

c. Process Improvement:

• Improve QC processes and control reports, aiming to efficiency and concise results.

d. Internal Coordination:

• Liaise with related teams to ensure alignment in working processes.
• Work closely with related teams to ensure that data is accurately integrated into outsourcing processing.
• Support and advise on solutions to client questions.
• Acting Buddy/ Mentor to manage junior members on Outsourcing tasks.
• Take part in corporate projects (if any).

e. Reporting:

• Update regular reports as requested.

f. Regulatory Compliance:

• Implement recruitment activities in compliance with company policies, working process, procedures, laws regulations, preventing compliance risks.
• Support audits by providing accurate records and thorough explanations of procedures (if being required).

Who are we looking for: 

• Bachelor’s degree, graduated from University/College (preferably Human resources, Business Administration, Economics, Law).
• At least 4 years of working experience in the field of C&B, proven working experience in service supplying industry is a big plus. Previous experience in QC/Audit fields will be an advantage.
• Relevant certifications related to HRM is nice to have.
