IT Governance & Compliance Assistant

We are looking for a candidate for IT Governance & Compliance Assistant, located in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.

Job Purposes:

• Report compliance issues and review policies.
• Conduct security awareness training according to the schedule.
• Support other departments in answering Client’s security assessments and audits.

Job Description: 

a. Report on compliance issues and review policies: 

• Assist in ensuring adherence to regulations and industry standards by maintaining documentation, tracking compliance status, and coordinating audits.
• Assist in developing and maintaining IT policies, procedures to ensure alignment with business goals.

b. Conduct security awareness training according to the schedule:

• Contribute to training and awareness programs to educate employees on IT security policies and compliance requirements.

c. Support other departments in answering Client’s security assessments and audit:

• Collaboration with Stakeholders – work with other departments, and external auditors to ensure IT governance and compliance.

Who are we looking for: 

• Bachelor’s degree majoring in Information Technology. 
• 1-2 years of working experience in IT Auditor/ IT Governance and Compliance.
• Other qualification related to ISO 27001, ITIL, Audit certificate is nice to have.
