We are looking for a candidate for IT Network Operation Specialist located in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.

Role Objectives: 

The IT Network Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring the continuous availability, optimal performance, and robust security of the company's network infrastructure. This role involves proactive monitoring, incident response, routine maintenance, and configuration management of all network devices and services, providing reliable and efficient connectivity essential for all business operations. 

Job Descriptions: 
  • Network Design and Configuration: Design and implement network solutions, including LAN, WAN, and data center networks in a secure manner.
  • Network Maintenance and Optimization: Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, ensuring optimal network performance.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive network documentation, including network diagrams, configuration files, and operational.
  • Support Business Continuity: Play a critical role in supporting disaster recovery and business.   continuity plans related to network infrastructure.
Requirement: 
  • Bachelor or Diploma’s degree major in Computer Science, IT or related fields. 
  • 2 years of working experience in related fields.
  • Certificate related to Cisco/Nextgen-Firewalls/Ruckus/Aruba is nice to have. 
  • The ideal candidates shall be responsible for promoting awareness and monitoring compliance with information security policies within their scope of management and shall ensure compliance with the company’s ISMS standards by all personnel under their management.
  • The ideal candidate possesses a growth mindset, demonstrating a proactive approach to learning and improvement. S/he is resilient, open to feedback, and continuously seek opportunities to innovate and drive personal and team development.

    • Operation Management: Plans and balances a range of tasks, assignments, projects and resources. Can cope with conflicting demands without undue disruption to get things done. ​
    • Problem Solving & Decision Making: Identifies and analyses a range of problems by isolating key issues, evaluating relevant data and takes responsibility for making effective, considered and timely decisions.​
