Payroll Intern

Role Objectives:

Payroll Intern will be responsible for the supporting of day-to-day payroll and benefit administration activities for Clients. Works under supervision of the team leader to produce services exactly and in a timely manner.

Job Description:

Assist the team’s consultants with administrative tasks and documentation for:

  • Build and maintain strong internal relationships with team members, PYR Consultants and other departments for work-related duties
  • Supporting to process payroll and benefits administration for clients
  • Preparing accurate and timely monthly payroll statements, as well as quarterly and year-end reports under supervision
  • Handling monthly and quarterly PIT declarations and supporting PIT finalization processes
  • Assisting with other administrative tasks as assigned by Manager
  • Practice the payroll related works under the guidance by the consultants e.g. registration for tax code, key in the social insurance data on the payroll systems for checker’s validating and on the SI systems
  • With social insurance agencies (e.g. submit and receive the results of SI dossiers as assigned by the consultants; record and delivery of request by the SI officer on the required supporting documents; discuss with the SI officer where needed
  • With department of labor, department of service of trade and industry: submit the periodical report on request by the consultant, record and delivery of request by the SI officer on the required supporting documents; discuss with the authority officer where needed
Qualifications:
  • Final-year university students majoring in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Foreign Trade or related fields. Expected graduation date should be after October 2025.
  • MUST HAVE Student Confirmation or Letter of Internship Introduction from University
  • Interested and passionate about administrative processing or seeking to develop a career in the HR field.
  • Eager to learn, patient, careful and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Ability to work full-time in 6 months
  • Have planning, time management and organization skills
  • Have interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office

Working time: Monday to Friday (9h00 - 18h00).
