Senior Consultant - Payroll Services, Quality Control

We are looking for a candidate for Senior Consultant - Payroll Services, Quality Control located in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.
Job Purposes:
The Payroll Services Senior Consultant, Quality Control plays an important role in ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. This includes conducting quality control and audit assessments to monitor consultant punctuality. Additionally, the role involves periodically reviewing and overseeing key processes to maintain accuracy and adherence to compliance standards.
Job Description:
a. Financial Goal Achievement: Contribute to BU’s financial target.
b. QC Processing:
- Implement auditing of profiles, payroll and processes of BU PYR.
- Prepare/ revise templates, update ISO process for QC to reflect current situation.
- Implement corrective and preventive procedures if any non-conformities with ISO standards or compliance are detected.
- Coordinate and carry out regular internal audit task.
c. Process Improvement:
- Improve QC processes and control reports, aiming to efficiency and concise results.
- Input for the payroll process if finding the mistakes occur frequently.
d. Internal Coordination:
- Liaise with related teams to ensure alignment in working processes, making sure all required clients are reviewed by QC and results updated to consultants on monthly basis.
- Work closely with related teams to ensure that data is accurately integrated.
e. Regulatory Compliance:
- Implement recruitment activities in compliance with company policies, working process, procedures, laws regulations, preventing compliance risks.
- Support audits by providing accurate records and thorough explanations of procedures (if being required).
Who are we looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree graduated from University/College (preferably Human resources, Business Administration, Economics, Law).
- At least 4 years of working experience in the field of CnB, proven working experience in service supplying industry is a big plus. Previous experience in QC/Audit fields will be an advantage.
- Relevant certifications related to HRM.
