We are looking for candidate for Senior Consultant - HR Outsourcing Services, Mass Recruitment, located in Ho Chi Minh city.  

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract talent in Manufacturing that aligns with the organization's goals and culture.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future needs, engaging with passive candidates and fostering relationships.
  • Maintain contact with clients to find opportunities for business growth in Manufacturing.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Be accountable for achieving the personal and team target setting
  • Support team to reach the target of the whole team
  • Maintain and develop candidate databases and recruitment channels in Manufacturing and vacancies assigned
  • Build and maintain fruitful relationships with existing customers
  • Use a variety of channels to search prospective candidates for short-listed candidates.
  • Communicate to applicants for job duties, working conditions, pay, benefits, and promotional opportunities
  • Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility
  • Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries
  • Arrange last-round interviews schedule for clients and candidates
  • Follow up with clients and assist with the candidate’s transition and onboarding process
  • Follow up with clients for payment progress ensure no bad debt
  • Update Recruitment report as requested
  • Organize, conduct training & qualify mass recruitment skills to team members
  • Provide supports for Mass Recruitment Team and HRO  Team especially in activities relating to account management works
  • Provide support to increase outsourced organization’s efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide required supports for activities relating to Business Development

REQUIREMENT

  • Graduated from University (preferably Human resources, Business Administration, Economics, Law or relevant)
  • At least 5 years of human resources experience with emphasis on manufacturing recruitment.
  • The ideal candidate possesses a growth mindset, demonstrating a proactive approach to learning and improvement. (S)he is resilient, open to feedback, and continuously seek opportunities to innovate and drive personal and team development.

  • One-Team mindset, prioritizing collaboration and unity across all departments. S/he fosters a culture of teamwork, mutual respect, and shared goals, ensuring that the success of the organization is achieved collectively.
  • Understanding of products, solutions, value chain of the business offering to clients, the ways they are delivered to achieve desired results, create positive client experience and exploit opportunities to the full.
  • Works collaboratively and functionally with (external) clients. Anticipates and responds to their needs and demands to provide excellent client service and establish effective and long-term sustainable relationships.​
  • Ensures the project's outcome is produced in a timely, cost-effective and quality-controlled manner with proper knowledge and resources are available when and where needed.​
  • Plans and balances a range of tasks, assignments, projects and resources. Can cope with conflicting demands without undue disruption in order to get things done. ​
  • Identifies and analyses a range of problems by isolating key issues, evaluating relevant data and takes responsibility for making effective, considered and timely decisions.​
  • Understands and equips updated knowledge, trends of HRM value chain and its processes such as: Talent Acquisition & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Employee Relations... to generate insights, initiatives to provide total HR solutions to the clients.​
  • Functional Competency: Business Development, Administrative works, Knowledge of Labour Code & Insurance Law, Knowledge of Personal Income Tax (PIT), Resourcing and placement
  • Fluently English and Proficiency in MS Office.
