RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identifying, approaching, and converting Korean clients who are interested in entering and expanding in the Vietnamese market.
- Take ownership of the sales cycle end-to-end, from lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, contract closing to post-sales followup.
- Develop quotes and proposals for clients (Korean);
- Build and grow long-lasting professional customer relationships that add value and lead to long-term profitable relationships;
- Work together with the rest of the teams and support functions to achieve the objective of the company as a whole;
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Digital Marketing, to design and execute go-to-market strategies that generate leads and deliver measurable sales results.
- Handle sales related matter i.e. collection of payment and follow up with potential client;
- Continuously research market trends, competitor activities, and client demands to identify growth opportunities.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned;
REQUIREMENTS
- Over 3 years of relevant experience at the same level in consulting services.
- Nationality: Korean
- Proficiency in English;
- Able to speak Vietnamese is an advantage;
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or client relationship management, ideally in consulting, professional services, or market entry support
- Strong sales mindset with excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Knowledge of the Vietnamese market and business environment is an advantage.
- Must handle MULTI task;
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
