RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop business strategies and customer policies for the Company — guiding the entire distribution system with a focus on client acquisition, brokerage revenue growth, and financial product development.
- Manage and ensure a motivating commission and incentive policy — from commissions to performance awards — to maximize the effectiveness of the sales force.
- Standardize operational procedures related to retail business activities and drive continuous service improvement — elevating customer experience, ensuring quality is measured and improved over time.
- Govern performance of the brokerage distribution channels and proactively propose solutions to adjust strategies when necessary.
- Lead product development direction and execution — including product rollout, performance measurement, and continuous improvement aligned with the Company’s goals.
- Expand strategic partnerships with external stakeholders to diversify product offerings and enhance business performance.
- Develop product-related policies.
- Take initiative in deploying tasks assigned by the Executive Board, and support the Company’s key strategic projects.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Banking & Finance, Securities, Economics, or other relevant fields.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in securities, banking, or finance.
- At least 3 years in an equivalent managerial position.
- Strong understanding of securities, the stock market, brokerage operations, financial products & services, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Strategic capability in managing brokerage business efficiency.
- Experience in managing product development and product performance evaluation.
- Experience in managing business performance analytics and reporting for brokerage activities.
- Strong leadership and strategic management capabilities; able to manage teams, develop talent, make data-driven decisions, and manage personal workflow effectively.
