- To develop products, strategies, and business plans for upcoming products within company
- Watch the market trends to develop plans that will increase sales, establish deadlines, and ensure the product development teams are on schedule.
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions, differentiators and build service quotation, pricelist.
- Identify potential customers, and the decision makers within the customer organization to build a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Plan approaches and pitches. Work with relevant divisions to develop proposals that meet Customer’s requirements.
- Arrange and participate in internal & external customer debriefs.
- Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
- Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to market, services, products, and target customers of the industry.
- Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate. Maintaining the data in company’s CRM or other sales management systems.
- Research, develop and improve company services through understanding of the company’s human resources and capabilities.
- Good communication and building relationships with new and existing customers.
- Maintain professional internal & external relationships to build the best service that meets customer expectations.
- Doing presentation for company introduction, current and new business project campaign, cooperation events…
- Other jobs as assigned by Manager.
II. Job Requirements:
- Degree major in Economic/ Foreign Trade/ Logistics
- At least 3 years experiences in business development in contract logistics / freight forwarding/ OACT
- Experience in aviation/OACT/ MNC logistics would be an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Works independently and good at team working
- Good English skills
