Commercial Director

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the strategic development and management of a manufacturing facility in Vietnam/SEA region.
• Oversee local teams and ensure seamless coordination between the production site and corporate headquarters.
• Manage daily operations, including production processes, maintenance, quality control, logistics, warehousing, inventory, and recruitment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers.
• Develop, review, and refine the company’s sales and marketing strategies.
• Contribute to operational, financial, and investment planning to drive business growth.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, fire prevention, and environmental regulations.
• Represent the company in communications with stakeholders, government bodies, media, and the public.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: 

• Extensive leadership experience as a CEO/ General Manager/ Business Management or in a senior management role.
• Strong ability to drive business strategy and operational excellence.
• Proficiency in English.
• Excellent organizational and strategic thinking skills.
• Minimum of five years of industry experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of financial management, including cash flow analysis.
• Knowledge of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and business functions such as sales and marketing.
