1. Business Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement commercial strategies, revenue growth plans, and profit targets for the entire Vietnam market.
- Set and delegate specific targets to Sales, Marketing, and Operations departments.
- Ensure alignment of commercial strategies with the Group’s overarching direction.
2. Sales & Distribution Management
- Direct and oversee sales activities across GT (General Trade), MT (Modern Trade), E-commerce, and retail store channels.
- Optimize promotional campaigns, product launches, and distribution policies to enhance nationwide coverage.
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key retailers, agents, and distributors.
3. Marketing Management
- Oversee market research activities to drive impactful product marketing decisions.
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and stimulate demand.
- Ensure effective execution of in-store programs and marketing budget optimization for maximum ROI.
4. Operations & Supply Chain
- Supervise warehouse, logistics, and supply chain operations to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.
- Optimize operational costs while maintaining optimal inventory levels for continuous supply.
5. Human Resource Management
- Recruit, train, and develop key personnel across departments.
- Foster a high-performance, innovative, and professional work culture.
- Monitor performance evaluations and design development paths for high-potential employees.
6. Financial Oversight & Reporting
- Prepare and manage operational budgets for the commercial entity.
- Control expenses and ensure profitability targets are achieved.
- Regularly report to the Board of Directors on business performance, financial results, and key KPIs.
II. Requirements
1. Education
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
2. Experience
- Proven track record as a General Director, Deputy CEO (Commercial), or COO at trading or commercial businesses.
- Preferred industries: electronics, home appliances, consumer goods, retail, or related sectors.
- Strong expertise in sales and distribution strategy, with a particularly strong marketing background in the Vietnamese market.
3. Skills
- Exceptional leadership and multi-channel distribution management skills.
- Capability to build comprehensive marketing strategies and streamline operations.
- Proficient in financial management, strategic planning, and performance analysis.
