1. Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy for the Group, covering R&D, manufacturing, and commercial operations.
- Set and execute both short-term and long-term goals aligned with the Group’s vision and mission.
- Lead the execution of initiatives to increase revenue, profitability, and market share across all business units.
2. R&D Management
- Oversee and guide the Group’s R&D companies to ensure innovation and market-driven product development.
- Champion the adoption of cutting-edge technologies in products and manufacturing processes.
3. Manufacturing Management
- Direct and monitor the operations of all manufacturing plants to ensure efficiency and cost optimization.
- Ensure all production processes comply with quality standards and occupational safety regulations.
- Promote automation and the use of advanced technologies to boost productivity.
4. Commercial Operations
- Lead and supervise commercial subsidiaries in expanding distribution channels and growing market share.
- Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue and strengthen brand presence.
- Foster and maintain strategic partnerships with key distributors, agents, and business partners.
5. Financial Governance
- Develop and manage the Group’s overall budget, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
- Monitor and control the financial performance of all subsidiaries and propose timely corrective actions where needed.
- Supervise major investment projects and long-term development initiatives.
6. Human Capital Management
- Build and develop key leadership teams across all subsidiaries.
- Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and talent retention aligned with long-term strategic goals.
II. Requirements
1. Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
2. Experience:
- Proven track record of executive leadership in large, multi-industry conglomerates worldwide.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the sectors of Commerce, Technology, and Manufacturing.
3. Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Strategic planning and high-level decision-making skills
- Excellent analytical thinking with adaptability to market and organizational changes
- Proficiency in English and corporate management tools
