- Responsible for managing daily activities related to employee relations and wage efficiency.
- Responsible for signing, renewing, modifying, terminating, disputing, etc., labor contracts of employees.
- Responsible for calculating wages and evaluating job performance.
- Responsible for payment and management of the company's insurance funds.
- Responsible for exchanging and coordinating internal and external information, maintaining records, statistical data, and regularly communicating with different departments.
- Responsible for organizing unions, worker forums, and building corporate culture.
- Other issues arranged by the leadership.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Knows English or Chinese
- More than 5 years of experience working in manufacturing sectors related to human resources, experience in payroll calculation and cost control efficiency will be prioritized for those with administrative work experience and rich HR background.
- University degree or higher, majors in human resources preferred, proficient in office software like Word, Excel, PPT…
- Knowledgeable in calculating wages, bonuses, and performance.
- Good communication and negotiation skills, good organizational and planning skills, and good leadership abilities.
- Understanding of related laws such as Labor Law, Contract Law, Company Law.
