- Compile statistics on the recruitment needs of various projects and departments, and at the same time, plan the annual recruitment of personnel.
- Understand and fully grasp the situation of human resources and recruitment needs.
- Establish and improve the company's recruitment processes and system.
- Utilize different recruitment channels to post job advertisements and develop recruitment channels.
- Carry out recruitment work, including selection, interviewing, and employment.
- Explore and use various recruitment channels to meet the company's talent needs.
- Develop a plan for selecting reserve talents and a mechanism for talent reserve.
- Other tasks related to recruitment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate degree or higher, with more than one year of experience in recruitment at a manufacturing plant or a headhunting firm.
- Proficient in labor laws and other regulations related to human resources.
- Familiar with recruitment processes and interview techniques.
- Strong ability to develop recruitment channels, familiar with engaging external talent, and adept in allocating channels as well as using various evaluation methods and tools for human resources.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Preference for candidates with proficient English or Chinese speaking and writing skills.
