 RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Compile statistics on the recruitment needs of various projects and departments, and at the same time, plan the annual recruitment of personnel. 
  • Understand and fully grasp the situation of human resources and recruitment needs. 
  • Establish and improve the company's recruitment processes and system. 
  • Utilize different recruitment channels to post job advertisements and develop recruitment channels. 
  • Carry out recruitment work, including selection, interviewing, and employment. 
  • Explore and use various recruitment channels to meet the company's talent needs. 
  • Develop a plan for selecting reserve talents and a mechanism for talent reserve. 
  • Other tasks related to recruitment.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Associate degree or higher, with more than one year of experience in recruitment at a manufacturing plant or a headhunting firm. 
  • Proficient in labor laws and other regulations related to human resources. 
  • Familiar with recruitment processes and interview techniques.
  • Strong ability to develop recruitment channels, familiar with engaging external talent, and adept in allocating channels as well as using various evaluation methods and tools for human resources.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills. 
  • Preference for candidates with proficient English or Chinese speaking and writing skills.
