RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement consistent maintenance strategies with the maintenance department for each type of equipment to ensure equipment is maintained effectively.
- Plan maintenance strategy and implementation. Analyze problem root cause of machinery breakdown and provide corrective actions, preventive action to ensure productivity and product’s quality.
- Organize construction and inspection according to strategic plans to control and detect equipment abnormalities promptly
- Organize the construction/revision of safety inventory to ensure equipment operates effectively.
- Set goals and mid-term and long-term plans for TPM projects for factories.
- Organize and implement TPM projects for factories in the group to ensure resources for effective asset use.
- Conduct training on Autonomous Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance programs for production and maintenance management levels
- Coordinate with superior to prepare and control budget of department
REQUIREMENTS:
Education
- A Bachelor or higher level with a major in Electrical, Automation, Mechanical, or related Industrial Engineering.
Experience
- Working experience: 3 - 5 year-experience in the similar position in manufacturing company or related industry.
Knowledge
- PLC programing experience.
- TPM implementation experience.
Functional Skills
- Lean Six Sigma certified and knowledgeable in ISO 9001, 22000, 14001 and 45001 is a plus
- Good at English communications, good at Speaking and writing is a must
- Computer skill: Microsoft office.
- Control maintenance expenses in budget monthly and yearly
- Build competency framework and training plan for direct report.
- KPI tracking and report weekly, monthly, and yearly.
