POSITION SUMMARY:
Station in Vietnam to manage CPT production daily operation, coordinate with all cross-function departments to make sure the necessary resources are available for the production to meet the internal & external customers’ requirement in terms of quantity, timeline and quality.
Bring forward CPT PRC manufacturing best practices to CPT Vietnam to make sure the production line relocated smoothly.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor the daily productivity & quality performance, production volume, WIP levels to make sure production runs healthy and meets the company’s target.
- Lead the manufacturing team to achieve company's KPIs on production efficiency, schedule attainment, labor attrition rate, sustainability performance.
- Drive innovation and Kaizen, identify and improve KPI towards the targets.
- People management, team development.
- Continuous training to enrich production management knowledge.
- Implement and maintain the system.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- College/University degree and major in engineering, Industrial, manufacturing management or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years’ production experience in high volume manufacturing industry, preferably in power tools industry. Have a production manager capacity with experience to manage 25+ production lines with a workforce of 500+.
- Fluent in English.
- Team player, good interpersonal skills, self-motivation, positive thinking.
- Good problem-solving skills with directions for corrections
- Dynamic and energetic, can work under high pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
